Return policy

We’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you do the following:

Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition. Please ensure that no labels are removed.

Get them back to us within 30 days of receipt (14 days for sale pieces) When returning your order it can take up to 14 days for your return to be processed. Please allow the full 14 days to pass before querying your return.

Include your proof of purchase.

If you're returning something because you don't want it (rather than because it's faulty) we must be able to resell it. That means that it should have its original tags on and shouldn't be damaged in any way. If we don't think the item is in a good enough condition to resell, we're allowed to say no to giving you a refund.

 

Once your return has been processed you will received a confirmation email and your refund will appear in your account within 2-3 working days.

Our policy doesn't affect any of your normal statutory rights. Those rights cover you for things like faulty items, or items that are different from how we described them..

Things that aren't included in our returns policy

There are certain items that we can't give you a refund or exchange, unless they're faulty.

 

  Custom-made, personalised and made-to-measure items

  Earrings for pierced ears, and other pierced body jewellery

 

Customers are required to send items back to us at their own cost, if they do not suit their requirements and this will also include items, with small discrepancies in colour or size.

Refunds made for returned/damaged/missing items can include the part of the original postage and packaging. If you return every item from your order within the set time you will be refunded your full P&P placed from the original order. If only some of the items are returned, then part of your P&P will be refunded.

You may use the original packaging if you still have them. If not, please pack your items securely in any packaging material suitable. Parcel can be rejected if parcels are returned damaged due to unsecure packaging.
